TenTen Sports is offering an active and fun 4 Sport program for the students.  Each week we will be working on one of the 4 sports (Floor Hockey, Soccer, Tennis and Dodgeball).  The class consists of a warm-up, skills/drills and games.  We will be teaching the students in each class to improve their abilities.  

Bead Kraft Kids

Bead crafts and adornment crafts for kids are absolute for the little crafter in your household! From accept button, bean, noodle, pipe cleaner, straw crafts for kids to added complicated flower, wind chimes, holiday decorations and butterflies, these crafts will aid your adolescent into making something admirable to wear, admire and play with. Beyond adornment crafts for kids, there are as well, artistic crafts that use repurpose recycled materials. Stay tuned for your child to come home with some fun beadwork and hey.....why not let them teach you how it was done. See you after school for some “beading fun”!

Clapboard Kids Film Workshops

Taught by an award-winning filmmaker, students learn about both the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking - from the planning and shooting - through to the editing of their films. This gives participants the opportunity to try out a range of roles and skills (i.e. writing, acting, directing, sound, cinematography, and editing). Filmmaking techniques such as stop motion animation, claymation, basic special effects and live-action are explored, along with the iMovie film editing program. Students receive a copy of their finished films to share with family and friends at the end of the session. Computer Coding

Students will learn programming concepts using online coding modules and Scratch 3.0. They will learn the process from designto coding and testing their own interactive stories, games, and animations; and share them in the online community. Coding is a great way to learn to think creatively, reason logically and systematically, problem-solving, and have fun doing it.
Dance Funk

A fun and upbeat Hip Hop dance class where students develop coordination, rhythm and funk through this up-to-date style of dance. Every class starts off with a warm-up where students follow the teacher. We then practice moves learned and new moves going down the floor, we then practice our Funky Dance for our final Show. The last few minutes of the class consists of some kind of creative movement game to release energy and promote creativity. 

Learn To Draw

Drawing can be fun and easy. The instructor has been teaching art to children for
20 years. Basic to advance drawing techniques using colour pencils, oil pastel and
more will be explored. Children are to bring their own colour pencils and sketchbook. This class is opened to senior kindergartens to grade 2. All other material
will be included.

LEGO Mindstorms EV3

Build your own robot using Lego!
LEGO Mindstorms EV3 is a STEAM-based program that is designed to teach core programming logic and reasoning skills by using robotics engineering context. Students design and build programmable robots using high-quality motors, sensors, gears, wheels, axles, and other technical components.

EV3 includes Intelligent Brick, a compact and powerful programmable computer. To program the EV3 brick, students use EV3 software to create code that can control motors, collect sensor data, and bring their creation to life.

Playball

Playball is a progressive sports coaching program that encourages sport skills and teamwork in a fun and energetic environment. The Playball program provides children with a positive experience that lays the foundation for confident sports participation for the rest of their lives. The Playball program nurtures essential life skills such as independence, self-confidence, courage, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Our programs are designed to accommodate all skill levels and introduce children to the basic techniques of sports.

Watercolour PAINTING

Learn paint with watercolour. Students will need some drawing skills and the ability to listen to details. This class is opened to students in grades 2 to 8. The class students will learn how to create landscape painting and paint wildlife. All art supplies (a $20 value) are supplied in this class.
